  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • We do not accept returns for products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Process for Returns

  3. Returned items must be shipped back in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only provided for defective, damaged, or incorrect products once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery payments, refunds will be issued in one of the following ways:

    • Replacement product shipped to you (if available)

  • Refund processing may take up to 14 business days after approval.

Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will replace defective or incorrect products with the same or a similar item (subject to availability).

Non-Returnable Items
